5 Golden Calf nominations HORIZON and IN VRIJHEID

The One Night Stand-films Horizon and In Vrijheid are nominated for 5 Golden Calves (Dutch Academy Award).

Horizon by Giancarlo Sanchez and written by Jaap Peter Enderlé is nominated for:
– Best Television Drama
– Best Actress in Television Drama by Susan Radder
– Best Actor in Television Drama by Tijn Docter

In Vrijheid by Floor van der Meulen and also written by Jaap Peter Enderlé is nominated for:
– Best Television Drama
– Best Actress in Television Drama by Nazmiye Oral

Both films are part of “One Night Stand”  which offers ‘new’ directors and screenwriters the opportunity to make a 50-minutes single play. The project is an iniatitive of broadcasters NTR, VARA and VPRO, Dutch Cultural Media Fund, Netherlands Film Fund and CoBO.
The films will premiere together during the Netherlands Film Festival and will be broadcasted in October 2016.
